Camberley Town Youth FC are delighted to announce the launch of the CLUB DRAW !

Welcome to the Club Draw, where every ticket purchased makes a difference for Camberley Town Youth FC! We are thrilled to introduce this exciting initiative aimed at supporting our boys and girls by enhancing their football experience.

The Club Draw is not just about winning prizes.

it’s about investing in the future of our community club. By participating, you contribute directly to the development of our players, helping to fund club facilities, essential equipment, training, and coaching programs. Your involvement makes it possible for us to give children a safe environment to enjoy a sport they love, help foster team spirit, and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

Here’s how it works: each ticket purchased goes towards a monthly draw where winners will be selected at random, by the automated system at TeamFeePay. The draw takes place on the 1st day of each month, with the selling window running from the 2nd, through to the final day of that month.

Prizes – The prize pot will be split 60-40 (60% CTYFC – 40% Prizes) with the ‘prize pot’ being split into 1st, 2nd & 3rd places.

How much could I win? – That all depends on you, and how many tickets we sell. The more tickets, the higher the prize pot. We will of course announce how much is in the pot and what the prizes are once the ticket window is closed.

Is this a one off? – No, the draw will continue to be a monthly occurrence, and by arranging a hassle-free standing order, you can ensure that you’ll be entered in each month’s draw, whilst supporting CTYFC just by clicking a button.

Can I buy more than 1 ticket – Absolutely! In fact, more tickets = a bigger prize pot & better chance you have of winning.

Who can buy a ticket? – Anyone over the age of 16. So please spread the word parents, carers, brothers, sisters, grandparents, family & friends, work colleagues, neighbours, anyone who would like to help a community club and put themselves in with a chance of winning the monthly prize!

Every ticket sold directly benefits CTYFC, ensuring that each child has the opportunity to grow and excel in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Terms & Conditions

The Camberley Town Youth FC “CTYFC Club Draw” is a Small Society Draw, operated under the Gambling Act 2005, registered with Surrey Heath Borough Council.
The Promoter is appointed by Camberley Town Youth Football Club. The CTYFC Club Draw is managed by the voluntary Fundraising and Social Team.
Proceeds of the Club Draw will be used by CTYFC at their discretion, and include funding the activities of the Football club including ground maintenance and provision of kit and equipment.
The Camberley Town Youth FC Fundraising and Social Team reserves the right to alter the Rules of the CTYFC Club Draw from time to time, as may be necessary, but at least one month’s written notice must be provided to all members.
Anyone over 16 years can become a member of the CTYFC Club Draw  The CTYFC Club Draw shall not be limited to a set number of members.
The subscription to the CTYFC Club Draw will be £5 per number, per month payable monthly via standing order.
All forms of payment must be received (and cleared through the banking system) and all subscriptions up to date no later than 2 days prior to each draw.
Members will not be included in the monthly draw if the appropriate subscription has not been received.
There will be one prize draw per month.
The ticket window for that month’s draw will close 2 hours prior to the draw taking place, and reopen the following day.
Draws will take place on the 1st day of each month.
The intended monthly prize money will not be less than 40% of the month’s net payments.
Prizes will be dependent on how many members have subscribed for that month’s draw, and the actual Prize limits will be announced prior to the draw taking place.
Winners will be notified either directly during the draw or by email or telephone.
Payment of prize winnings will be made by bank transfer no later than 14 days after the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted the winnings will be placed into Camberley Town Youth FC funds after 6 months.
All members will be notified via email of the winning names and numbers. In addition, the results will appear on the CTYFC website and on social media.
All CTYFC Club Draw members must fill in an online application form in the TeamFeePay platform to confirm they agree to abide by the Club rules.
Members can cancel their entry to the Draw at any time by applying in writing/email to the Promoter. Refunds of subscriptions for draws that have taken place will not be refunded.
Unless otherwise advised a member will be deemed to have left the CTYFC Club Draw if his/her subscription remains unpaid for a period of one month. At this point, their number may be sold to another existing or offered to a new member.
The decision of the CTYFC Fundraising and Social Committee shall be final, and they reserve the right to amend or revoke these rules at their absolute discretion.
